WHAT YOU VISIT
Cairns by Segway
Get ready to take in a variety of interesting sights while riding next generation Segways, the latest in self-balancing technology. During this 90-minute, eight-mile-long tour, you will have the opportunity to spot wildlife and there will be some great photo opportunities. You will begin the tour on the northern end of the Cairns Esplanade then head north to Salt Water Creek, which provides a breeding ground for prawns and mud crabs. Continue to the beautiful Cairns Botanical Gardens and cross into the Centenary Lakes, which is a unique wetlands area hosting many species of flora and fauna.

PHOTO OPPORTUNITY
As you merrily roll along, you can take photos of the stunning scenery, bustling plazas, charming cafés, and iconic Cairns landmarks. Keep an eye out for saltwater crocodiles and jumping barramundi as you roll by Salt Water Creek.

WHAT YOU SEE ALONG THE WAY
Centenary Lakes is home to many bird species; depending on the season you may see magpie geese, black ducks, black- necked storks, cormorants and pelicans.

Water and sunblock will be provided during the registration and indemnity paperwork formalities. This tour is not suitable for children under 12 years old and weigh less than 99 pounds or more than 253 pounds. Closed shoes and hat recommended.
