You must meet all of the following: - Booking window: Original booking made December 16, 2024–December 15, 2025. - Sailing window: 2026 or 2027 Princess cruise. - Timing: Claim submitted before the final payment due date of your original booking. - Residency: Residents of the 50 U.S./D.C. or Canada. - Fare source: Lower fare must be publicly available on Princess.com. - Identical booking details: Same ship, sail dates, stateroom category, number of guests, and same fare type/package (e.g., Princess Plus or Princess Premier) under the same conditions.

If any detail differs, the claim may be ineligible.

What counts as a “publicly available” and “identical” fare

Identical details include: - Same ship and exact sail dates - Same stateroom category - Same number of guests - Same bundle/fare type and booking conditions (e.g., Princess Plus or Princess Premier)

How to submit a claim

  1. Confirm your booking is within the eligibility window and that you’re before final payment.
  2. Locate the lower, publicly available fare on Princess.com that matches your booking details exactly.
  3. Submit the claim form.
  4. Allow up to 10 business days for a response while Princess verifies the fare.

Tip: Have your booking number and the details of the lower fare ready (sailing, ship, stateroom category, number of guests, bundle/fare type).

What is the offer?

Guests who booked an eligible Princess cruise and find a lower, publicly available fare on Princess.com for an identical booking before final payment can submit a claim to receive an onboard credit worth 120% of the price difference, or another make-good as agreed to by Princess. OBC applies only to the submitted booking.
