To qualify, your lower fare (“Located Fare”) must be:
Publicly and currently available on Princess.com
Identical to your original booking, including:
Same ship and sail dates
Same stateroom category and number of guests
Same cruise fare type
Same bundle, if applicable (Princess Plus or Princess Premier)
Same booking conditions
Submitted for review before the final payment due date for your original booking
Publicly available means the fare is available to all guests without special eligibility. It does not include unpublished or restricted, member-only, corporate, group, association, or other negotiated rates.
Availability: Offer available to residents of the 50 U.S. states, D.C., and Canada.
Princess will verify that the Located Fare is identical. Determinations are at Princess’s sole discretion.

The Better Than Best Price Guarantee allows a guest who has booked an eligible Princess cruise and finds a lower, publicly available fare for an identical booking on Princess.com to submit the claim form prior to final payment. If verified, Princess will provide an onboard credit (OBC) worth 120% of the difference between what was paid for the original booking and the located fare, or another make-good as agreed by Princess. OBC is valid only for the booking submitted for review.
What is a “public/publicly available” fare and an “identical” fare/booking?
The Located Fare must be publicly and currently available on Princess.com and match the original booking details, including the same ship, sail dates, stateroom category, number of guests, same bundle (Princess Plus or Princess Premier, if applicable), and the same booking conditions. Publicly available means available to all guests without any special eligibility; it excludes unpublished or restricted, member-only, corporate, group, association, or other negotiated rates.
Who is eligible?
Residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada.
How do guests submit a claim?
Submit the Guarantee claim form before your final payment due date. If Princess verifies the claim, they will either issue onboard credit valued at 120% of the verified difference or provide another make-good as agreed.
How quickly will I receive a response after submitting the form?
Please allow up to 10 business days for a response.
What competitor or partner sites are eligible for a fare comparison?
None. Only fares found on Princess.com are eligible for comparison. Whether the Located Fare is identical is determined at Princess’s sole discretion.
