Planning a vacation should feel exciting—not stressful. But one of the most common questions we hear from our guests is: “Should I buy travel protection?”

If your goal is to spend more time relaxing and less time worrying about the unexpected, the answer is simple: yes.

Travel plans can change. Life happens. And when it does, having the right protection in place can make all the difference between a minor inconvenience and a major headache. That’s why we offer two types of Princess Vacation Protection (PVP), designed to give you flexibility, confidence, and peace of mind from the moment you book.

When flexibility matters most: Cancellation protection¹

No matter how carefully you plan, life has a way of surprising us. A schedule change, a family obligation, or an unexpected event can quickly shift your plans and when it does, the last thing you want to worry about is losing money on a vacation you were looking forward to.

That’s where Cancellation Protection comes in. It gives you the freedom to cancel your trip without paying cancellation fees, helping protect the investment you’ve made in your getaway. It’s a simple, practical way to build flexibility into your plans—so you can book with confidence, knowing you have options if circumstances change.
