Flexible Pay Monthly Options for your Cruise

Most of our voyages are fully eligible for the Princess Pay Monthly plan. However, cruises already within their final payment window are not eligible for this option, as the remaining balance is due in full at that stage.

The Princess Pay Monthly plan offers effortless flexibility, allowing you to spread the cost of your holiday over convenient monthly instalments. Once set up, your payments run automatically, giving you a "set it and forget it" experience with no need to manage or worry about each instalment.

When you book directly with our Contact Centre, you’ll have the option to sign up to our Pay Monthly holiday plan, allowing you to spread the cost of your holiday with ease. If you prefer, you can also choose to join the plan later, at any point before your holiday balance due date, giving you complete flexibility and control.

Currently, the Princess Pay Monthly plan cannot be set up through “Manage Booking”. To enrol, please call our Contact Centre, where our team will be happy to assist you.

Your monthly holiday payment is calculated by taking the total fare and dividing it by the number of months remaining before your final balance due date. Your full instalment breakdown is displayed in your booking confirmation. For example, booking a cruise in August 2026 that sails in January 2028 for £1,699pp, and paying a 15% deposit of £255pp, means you would pay 11 monthly instalments of £131pp* as your holiday must be paid in full 120 days before you depart. *For illustration purposes only, monthly payment amounts have been rounded up to the nearest pound.

Once your deposit has been processed and your Princess Pay Monthly plan is successfully set up, you will receive an updated booking confirmation. This confirmation clearly outlines your monthly holiday payment schedule, including instalment amounts and key dates.

Yes, you’ll receive a notification email before every upcoming instalment. Once each payment has been successfully processed, you’ll also receive a confirmation, giving you full peace of mind and a transparent record of your monthly holiday payments.

No. Princess Pay Monthly does not send payment reminders. However, you will receive confirmations after each instalment.

No. The plan is completely interest-free, with no additional charges or hidden fees from Princess.

Your debit or credit card will be charged once per month, beginning approximately 28 days after your deposit is paid, and continuing automatically until your final holiday payment is complete.

No. The Princess Pay Monthly plan requires a single debit or credit card to be used throughout your payment schedule. The card used to pay your deposit will automatically be used for all future monthly holiday payments.

Yes. You can update the debit or credit card on file at any time. Once your card details are changed, all future Princess Pay Monthly instalments will be automatically charged to the new card.

If a payment fails or is missed, you’ll receive an immediate email notification, and your Pay Monthly plan will be automatically recalculated, adjusting your remaining monthly instalments based on the number of months left before your holiday balance due date.

If a monthly payment is declined, you will automatically receive a payment denial notification via email. The missed instalment will then be recalculated and evenly redistributed across your remaining monthly holiday payments. However, all payments must still be completed in full before the final balance due date.

When enrolling in Princess Pay Monthly, you can only select a debit or credit card that remains valid through your final balance due date. If your card is lost, stolen, or expires, simply contact our Contact Centre to update your payment method.

No. With our Pay Monthly holiday plan, your fare is divided into equal monthly instalments.

Yes, you can. When you do, your remaining balance will be automatically recalculated, and your updated total will be evenly divided across the remaining monthly holiday payments.

To adjust your Princess Pay Monthly payment date, simply call our Contact Centre, where a member of our team will be delighted to update your monthly holiday payment schedule for you.

Yes. This gives your travelling party complete flexibility.

No. All monthly holiday payments are automatically charged to the same debit or credit card used to pay the deposit.

Yes. If you upgrade or any booking change results in a fare increase or decrease, your remaining Princess Pay Monthly instalments will automatically adjust.

No. This flexible pay-monthly holiday payment option is available exclusively when booking directly with Princess.

Yes. Princess Pay Monthly is completely optional. You’re free to choose whether you want to spread the cost of your holiday with monthly instalments or pay your balance using a different method.

If you choose to cancel your Princess Pay Monthly plan before your final balance due date, the amount you’ve already paid will be retained and automatically applied toward your remaining holiday balance. These payments are not refunded but deducted from your total fare.

If you choose to cancel your cruise, our standard Princess cancellation policy will apply, regardless of whether you are enrolled in the Princess Pay Monthly plan.
