Holiday Extras will book the appropriate airport lounge for the your departure airport. Confirmation of your airport lounge booking will be sent directly from Holiday Extras within 7 days. This is available for all guests on the booking on selected 20262027 & 2028 sailings. Airports included are London Gatwick, London Heathrow, Manchester, Dublin, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Birmingham. If you transfer to a new sailing, the complimentary lounge may not be available as the promotion is subject to availability on selected voyages within the campaign. You are still required to complete the booking form. If the lounge is not available for booking, Holiday Extras will confirm within 7 days that they will follow up with you directly when the lounge becomes bookable.

All lounges include complimentary drinks & food, Wi‑Fi, seating, showers/toilets, TV screens; access 2–3 hours prior to departure (varies by lounge).

This will be dependent on the airport lounge specific terms and availability at the time.  You will need to speak to a Holiday Extras representative at the lounge directly.

No upgrade option is available.

If a situation arises where you have had to leave the ship early the lounge is only applicable on your outbound flight only so this should not have an impact.

There will be no cancellation charge for the lounge service if the you cancel your cruise. If you decide to transfer the cruise to an alternative voyage, the complimentary lounge will not be offered on the new cruise unless the transfer is made during the campaign window being open and is on an eligible voyage. In these circumstances, you will need to complete a new form.

Whether you book your flights through Princess or independently, you can still purchase a Princess airport-to-ship transfer. One of our representatives will meet you at the embarkation port airport, where you’ll then be transferred to your ship or hotel.
