Go tropical here — it’s practically a rule! I love something like the Azul Blanco or a frozen mango daiquiri. Anything fruity, refreshing, and best served over crushed ice. I guarantee, this will instantly make you happy and make you full of sunshine smiles.
If you’re sailing through somewhere warm — like the Mediterranean or the Caribbean — this is the dreamiest setting. All you need to do is pair your cocktail with a sun lounger, a good book, a dip in the pool and no plans whatsoever.

I absolutely adore the atmosphere of a sophisticated cocktail bar. And Bellini’s absolutely has this. It’s where the mood starts to shift. It’s the golden hour moment — guests starting to get dressed up, music drifting through the air, the warm buzz of anticipation for an unforgettable night.
This is THE place for spritzes, martinis, or something with a touch of sparkle And oh my, the sparkling wines on board a Princess cruise are really special.
