What you will visit:
Victoria City Drive
Victoria, the capital of British Columbia, sits at the southern tip of Vancouver Island, where ocean vistas, leafy parklands, and historic neighborhoods create a distinctive coastal setting. Named for Queen Victoria and founded in 1843, it is one of the Pacific Northwest's oldest cities, known for its enduring British heritage, elegant architecture, and vibrant cultural life. Abundant gardens and natural spaces support an outdoor lifestyle shaped by the surrounding sea and mild climate. This scenic city drive offers a perfect introduction to one of Canada's most charming and picturesque capitals.
Christ Church Cathedral
Christ Church Cathedral is the historic episcopal seat of the Anglican Diocese of British Columbia, serving Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands. Designed in 1896 by architect J.C.M. Keith in graceful 13th-century Gothic style, the cathedral was completed in stages throughout the 20th century, its striking towers rising 122 feet above downtown Victoria. Today it stands as one of Canada's largest and most impressive churches, renowned for its soaring architecture and fine craftsmanship. A highlight inside during your private access is the magnificent gallery organ, built in 2005 by Hellmuth Wolff & Associés Ltée. With 4,000 pipes across four manuals and pedal, it is the largest organ on Vancouver Island and among the finest in North America.

Special Notes
This tour is not wheelchair accessible. Guests must be able to board and disembark the motorcoach via steps, as there is no lift. Guests traveling with a light, collapsible mobility device must be able to store it beneath the coach independently; guides and drivers are not permitted to lift or handle devices. The sequence of stops may vary due to traffic or construction, and the coach may not always pass through Chinatown. Around the summer solstice (June 21), extended daylight means city lights are less visible on early evening departures from June through mid-July. On July 1 (Canada Day), Inner Harbour photo stops are not permitted due to holiday closures. Due to diminshing daylight in the begining and end of the summer, some departures will go to Songhees for a photo opportunity instead of Beacon Hill. Bring camera and cash or credit/debit card for purchases.
