WHAT YOU VISIT
Husky Wilderness Camp and Wheeled Dog Sled Ride
This family friendly adventure begins as your coach drives across Tromso to the Husky Camp. Disembark and meet the musher and his team of Alaskan huskies, the most commonly used breed of sled dog due to their physical stamina, intelligence and willingness. You'll meet the dogs and learn how man's best friend is looked after, trained and fed. After your greeting, climb into a wheeled sled and take off on a run around the world's northernmost 18-hole golf course. Back at camp, you'll have time to play with the dog and the puppies and refresh with coffee/tea and chocolate cake.

In case of unusual warm weather, the tour can be cancelled on short notice for consideration of the dogs health and wellbeing. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes suitable to the daily weather conditions. Not recommended for wheelchair users.
