What you will visit:
Spirit of St Maarten Luxury VIP Snorkel Cruise
Elegance, ease and effortless adventure await on a VIP snorkel cruise aboard a 114-foot wooden schooner, hand-built by artisans and captained and crewed by the most professional and exceptional staff. Built in 2017, the Spirit of St Maarten offers luxurious onboard amenities, a fully stocked open bar, and grilled buffet lunches prepared by an onboard chef. All snorkeling equipment is provided as well as kayaks, paddle boards and reef boards. The vessel anchors in magnificent Little Bay for a premier snorkeling experience. The Spirit of St Maarten is owned by a charitable foundation, and proceeds are dedicated to its mission to support development projects for young people on St Maarten.
What you will see along the way:
The Dutch side of the island boasts gorgeous coastlines, dense tropical vegetation and gleaming resorts. Keep an eye out for playful dolphins and flying fish as the calm sea breezes and sunny vistas delight. Make your way to Little Bay, for a snorkel and swimming adventure or admire the white-sand coastline from the seat of a kayak or a standing paddle board. After a beautiful lunch prepared by our onboard chef, enjoy a sail past Indigo Bay, Cole Bay and Simpson Bay, ending up by Maho Beach, famed for the airplanes that fly spectacularly low overhead. (Note: route and final destination subject to weather conditions.) The boat will then return back to the cruise terminal with drinks and music along the way, promising a day you won't soon forget!
Photo Opportunity:
You'll want to capture all the excitement above and below sea level-snapping awesome pictures when the airplanes zoom overhead and memorializing the rainbow-hued marine life that swims beside you as you snorkel. Keep an eye out and your camera at the ready for playful dolphins and flying fish.
Lunch:
After engaging in a variety of water sports, refresh with an onboard chef-prepared lunch. Choose from a menu of grilled beef, chicken and fish skewers accompanied by freshly tossed green, pasta and fruit salads, rolls and Caribbean Johnny cake. An open bar serves up frosty tropical drinks and other refreshments. (Note, menu subject to change at operator discretion.)
