Breheim Glacier Center
The Jostedal National Park is renowned for its dazzling natural scenery and varied landscapes, from valleys rich with lush vegetation to towering mountains and glistening glaciers. Breheim is the National Park Visitors Center, offering guests exhibitions, souvenirs and a cafeteria with fantastic views of the Nigardsbreen Glacier. This modern and architecturally striking facility was built in 2013 after a devastating fire. Peruse the interactive displays to learn more about the park and take in exceptional panoramas of the largest glacier in Europe.
Nigardsbreen Nature Reserve
The glacier is one of the 'arms' stretching from the Jostedal Glacier into the valley. See the blue ice twinkling in the sunlight from the newly built walkway at the Glacier Centre.
What you will see along the way:
Travel along the fjord surrounded by emerald green vegetation and then pass the agricultural vistas of the Jostedal Valley. Once at Jostedal Glacier National Park, see the largest ice field in mainland Norway, a remnant from the last ice age, some 18,000 years ago.

This tour involves several short tunnels. Passengers must be able to negotiate steps onto/off of the bus. Driver cannot assist in carrying passengers onto/off of the bus. Wheel chairs must be foldable.
