Go ashore and discover Sitka's attractions at your own pace. Enjoy personalized touring with a private guide. On this intimate experience you choose your traveling companions and create your own itinerary from the many options at your fingertips.

An amazing vessel and a knowledgeable captain are at your command for a wide range of activities featuring a stunning variety of wildlife and soul-stirring coastal scenery. You choose the activity and the pace of your unique marine adventure. Let this special day in Alaska become a part of you forever.

Indulge your senses and imagination on Sitka Sound's pristine, island-studded waters, a place of limitless opportunities for discovery. Wildlife is plentiful here. If you want to observe whales, sea otters, sea lions, porpoise, seals, brown bears and bald eagles, your skilled captain has a profound understanding of their preferred habitats and patterns of movement. He also knows the best places to explore and photograph awe-inspiring volcanic formations, secluded passages and other natural wonders.

Weather permitting, you may wish to circumnavigate the rugged coast of St. Lazaria National Wildlife Refuge, the breeding grounds for thousands of seabirds, including puffins, auklets and murres. Your expert naturalist accompanies you if you opt to go ashore on a remote island to beachcomb, explore tide pools, hike on game trails through old-growth forest, or just savor the peacefulness of an untouched place.

Your expedition craft is a new, 30-foot catamaran, designed specially for custom cruising. The spacious, heated cabin provides deluxe seating, a restroom and galley. The vessel also features large wrap-around windows, an expansive open-air deck and is fitted with a special bow-landing door to allow easy beach access. Treat yourself to a day of exploration - off the beaten path.
