PHOTO OPPORTUNITIES
Almost every street corner offers a glorious mix of medieval, renaissance and baroque buildings, but according to Condé Nash Magazine, much of Seville's appeal lies in its extravagant Moorish architecture such as the Torre del Oro, a historic watchtower built in the early 13th century. Seville's La Plaza de Españais is a 20th century wonder built for the Ibero-American Exposition of 1929 to showcase Spanish architecture and culture. Have your camera ready to capture the beauty of Renaissance Revival, Baroque Revival, and Moorish Revival (Neo-Mudejar) styles. The plaza is also renowned for its extensive use of decorative ceramic tiles, including 48 alcoves representing each Spanish province, along with historical scenes and maps
