Anthony's Key Resort – Beginner's Scuba
Anthony's Key Resort is home to one of Roatán's premier dive operations and provides the perfect setting to discover the world of scuba diving. Following classroom instruction and shallow-water skills practice, you'll make a guided open-water dive to a maximum depth of 40 feet with a professional instructor. This introductory experience is designed for first-time divers and includes all equipment and instruction. Please note that this is not a certification course, and no Open Water Certification Card (C-Card) will be issued.
What you will see along the way.
Travel to Anthony's Key Resort before boarding a short boat ride to a protected shallow beach for your skills session. Continue by boat to your open-water dive site, where the crystal-clear waters of the Mesoamerican Reef reveal colorful coral formations, tropical fish, and an abundance of marine life before returning to the resort.

Special Notes
Participants must be at least 10 years of age and able to swim. Due to restrictions by the Dive Provider, any Scuba participants currently taking any medication or with a previous medical condition should bring a note from their primary physician stating that they are medically cleared to participate on a Scuba excursion. Guest must read and answer 'No' to the medical questionnaire provided by the shore excursion. Guest must fit in a no more than 56" waist. Scuba equipment, instruction, and transportation are included. This introductory experience is not a certification course, and no Open Water Certification Card (C-Card) will be issued. Please refer to the Tour Operator's Diving Policy prior to booking.
