Dolphin Swim & Snorkel
Anthony's Key Resort is home to the renowned Roatán Institute for Marine Sciences and one of the Caribbean's premier dolphin facilities. Following a short boat ride to Bailey's Key, you'll enjoy a beachside introduction before entering the dolphins' natural open sea lagoon. Snorkel alongside a pod of more than a dozen Atlantic bottlenose dolphins, including mothers and calves, during a unique, unstructured experience that allows the dolphins to approach and interact on their own initiative. Throughout the experience, expert trainers share fascinating insights into dolphin behavior, biology, and family dynamics. Professional photographs are available for purchase.
What you will see along the way:
Travel to Anthony's Key Resort before boarding a short boat ride across the lagoon to Bailey's Key. Along the way, enjoy views of Roatán's lush tropical coastline and sparkling Caribbean waters before arriving at the dolphins' natural open sea lagoon. After your swim and snorkel experience, return to the resort, where you'll have time to view professional photographs and browse the gift shop.

Special Notes
Participants must know how to swim. Mask, fins, snorkel, and a life vest are provided and required to use. Participants must be at least 8 years of age and accompanied by a parent or guardian while snorkeling. Prior snorkeling experience is required, and guests should be familiar with the use of a mask, fins, and snorkel. Cameras are not permitted in the water during the snorkel session. This excursion is not available to pregnant women. Total time spent in the water with the dolphins is approximately one hour.
