WHAT YOU VISIT
Coffee Plantation Tour
Indulge your senses in an unforgettable journey of sight, scent and taste as you discover the culture of growing coffee beans. Once you arrive at the plantation, you will be greeted by the staff and led on a 20-minute walking tour through the coffee fields and processing plant while the smell of coffee floats through the air.

PHOTO OPPORTUNITY
Have your close-up lens ready --depending on the time of year, you may see white, fragrant flowers or the little, red fruit called cherries on the coffee plants.

REFRESHMENTS
After a prepared presentation detailing how processing coffee affects the sweetness, body, and acidity of brewed coffee, you'll be invited to enjoy a cup of Guatemalan coffee.

WHAT YOU SEE ALONG THE WAY
Delight in the lowland pastures, sugar cane fields, cattle farms, and three volcanoes as you sit comfortably in your air-conditioned motor coach --one of the volcanoes is active and you may see ash and steam spewing as you make your way to the plantation!
