Scenic E-Bike Adventure
Ride comfortably along Prince Rupert's waterfront and historic districts on an easy-to-use electric bicycle. Your experience begins at the Outpost with guest check-in, waiver completion, and a brief safety and e-bike orientation to ensure a comfortable ride. Setting out along the scenic seafront, you cycle toward Waterfront Observation Park, where harbor views unfold. Pause for photos overlooking the beautifully restored Kwinitsa Railway Station Museum and Prince Rupert's original train station, now a local craft brewery. Continuing past heritage homes, including the historic Pillsbury House, you arrive at the Sunken Gardens for a stop among landscaped greenery. Your ride then follows the colorful Cow Bay waterfront and passes the courthouse en route to Rushbrook Marina for expansive ocean views and wildlife such as bald eagles and harbor seals.
Rushbrook Trail
Enjoy a leisurely guided 25-minute walk along this peaceful coastal path, where forested slopes meet the shoreline and marina views unfold. The Rushbrook Trail is relatively flat and easy, making it ideal for a relaxed stroll. With modern construction and a well-maintained surface, the trail offers comfortable walking in most seasons.
What you will see along the way:
Your e-bike journey explores Prince Rupert's compact coastal landscape, revealing a blend of historic landmarks, working harbor scenes, and varied architecture. Brightly painted buildings and murals reflect the town's maritime spirit, while local shops and waterfront activity highlight the pride residents take in their community and heritage.
