WHAT YOU VISIT
Garden Route Safari Lodge Overland Adventure (Port Elizabeth to Cape Town)
The excitement never stops during this three-day/two-night adventure that's packed with activities. Join a small group on a private escort to Bush Lodge, tucked in the malaria-free Pumba Private Game Reserve. After a welcome drink, settle in before a 4WD game drive with dinner at the lodge. Day Two begins with a sunrise game drive followed by breakfast and check out. A scenic drive along the Garden Route takes you to Tsitsikamma National Park for a forest walk before embarking to the Turbine Boutique Hotel on picturesque Thesen Island. After check-in, enjoy free time before dinner. After breakfast in the morning, continue to the Transnet Transport Museum, site of the"White Coach" train made for Queen Elizabeth. A tour of Dias Museum Complex and lunch in Mossel Bay follows. Final stop is Swellendam, where you'll continue your drive to Cape Town to meet your ship.

Pumba Private Game Reserve is one of the very few places in the world featuring a free-roaming pride of rare white lions. It's also home to the Big 5, hippos, hyenas, cheetahs, giraffes, various antelope and more than 300 bird species.

VISAS
It is each guest's sole responsibility to obtain (before traveling) any visas, vaccinations and/or tourist cards that are required for participating in over-land adventures or overnight tours, unless noted otherwise in the description. Please be aware that you may need a visa for any and/or all countries that you will depart from and travel through as part of your overland adventure or overnight tour, and for the country in which you will re-join the ship. Two consecutive blank, passport pages are required per entry into South Africa.

BOOKINGS TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please note that this overland price is per person based on Double occupancy. Both guests must book. This double occupancy option should only be booked by two passengers who are traveling together. We do not match independent passengers to create double occupancy. Passengers travel-ing alone should book the single occupancy option PLZ-825. The minimum age to participate is 6.
Due to this tour's popularity, exclusivity, and strict booking conditions, tour bookings must be confirmed 90 days prior to the call of the overland's de-parture with no cancellations permitted thereafter.
Waitlisted requests also become non-refundable if confirmed either onboard or within the 90-day period prior to the cruise. Any cancelled requests inside of 90 days prior to the voyage (i.e. bookings cancelled on the Cruise Personalizer) will be assessed cancellation fees on your shipboard ac-count. Waitlisted requests will be cleared in the order received and are subject to the same cancellation policy; waitlisted requests must be cancelled 90 days prior to the cruise to avoid cancellation costs in the case we are able to accommodate you on the tour.

RECOMMENDATIONS
The contents and order of activities in this program are subject to change by the lodge management without prior notice. These may be changed due to prevailing weather conditions and/or the movement of dangerous wildlife on the Game Reserve. During early morning game drives in open vehi-cles it can be a little cool. We recommend that guests take along a windbreaker. During the day, it can get extremely hot. The game drive vehicles are not covered, and guests are therefore exposed to the elements. Some vehicles may not be equipped with PA system. Guests are therefore ad-vised not to forget their sunhats, mosquito repellent, sun block, sunglasses, as well as their cameras and binoculars. Wildlife sightings are not guar-anteed.

MEDICAL RESTRICTIONS
Please note that the game drive vehicles traverse uneven terrain and that the game drives can be bumpy. This tour is therefore not recommended for guests with back and neck problems, or pregnant. This Overland is not recommended for guests using mobility devices.
