The third-largest national park in South Africa, this vast, biodiverse conservation area boasts incredible landscapes dotted with citrus trees and abundant fauna and flora. The Addo elephant is smaller than its African cousin, with a reddish color and rounder ears. Sharing the 126,000 acres of bush is a variety of wild game, including lions, cheetahs, zebras, hyenas and the unique flightless dung beetle, found almost exclusively in Addo. (Sightings cannot be guaranteed.)
