This laid back half-day sight-seeing tour is a great way to explore Norway's stunning countryside at a slower pace, starting with a scenic drive along the north bank of the fjord, passing Blakset, Fjelli and Hopland.

Your motorcoach will then wind its way up to the Nos Viewpoint, which is located at the edge of a 1,500-foot vertical drop. This exhilarating vista offers sweeping views of the Nordfjord district, the pretty village of Olden, and your ship. The Nordfjord fjord is the sixth largest in Norway, and is almost 2,000foot deep at the mouth.

After you have enjoyed this wonderful view, you will then get back on the motorcoach and head to the Kvalen overlook, where you have a chance to take more photographs. Immediately below is the charming town of Nordfjordeid, and that is where you will head next to enjoy a traditional pastry, with tea or coffee, in one of the local restaurants.

Your last stop of the day takes you to Europe's deepest lake, the Hornindalsvannet, which is famed for its char and lake trout. After soaking up the incredible beauty of this dramatic landscape, your motorcoach will wend its way back to the ship at Olden, through more vibrant countryside.
