What you will visit:
Dunn's River Falls
One of Jamaica's national treasures, Dunn's River Falls is a breathtaking beauty and one of the only waterfalls in the world that empties directly into the sea. From approximately 600 feet high, sparkling water cascades over natural stepping platforms that allow you to climb from the bottom to the top. A frequent sight is a group of enthusiastic climbers, holding hands in a chain, as they're led to the top of the waterfall by a trained guide. For visitors who prefer not to get wet, a walkway along the side of the falls allows you to take full advantage of the experience. Please note that Dunn's River Falls can be very slippery in places. Wear sturdy rubber-soled shoes or rent them shoreside.
Discover Cove
A lush paradise welcomes guests to this expansive facility, which includes over five acres of tropical forest. In addition to the beauty of the turquoise waters and white-sand beaches, the tropical facility is home to a pod of playful and lively bottlenose dolphins. Enjoy a jungle walk for an up-close experience with tropical animals such as iguanas and parrots and visit the bird aviary and feed the colorful free-flying lovebirds. The Little Port Royal section of the grounds offers a replica of Jamaica's most famous pirate city and over at the shark lagoon, you'll see pirates putting on a rambunctious and hilarious show while they feed, touch and swim with Caribbean sharks.
What you will see along the way:
Once a fishing village, Ocho Rios, situated on the north coast of the island, is a thriving port that still maintains its unspoiled charms. Your motorcoach ride meanders through the lush, unspoiled interior of Ocho Rios winding past coastline vistas, local schools, churches and rural Jamaican villages.
