WHAT YOU VISIT
Jostedal Glacier National Park
Stretching out over 183 square miles, one-third of the park is covered by the Jostedalsbreen Glacier, which is the largest glacier in mainland Europe. The National Park also has several other larger and smaller glaciers and total ice mass stores as much fresh water as you can fill into three hundred billion bathtubs – that's enough to supply Norway with water for over 100 years! Inside the Park Centre, you'll watch a nature film and view interesting exhibitions showcasing the area's natural and cultural history. A tour of the botanical gardens offers a look at local flora of the forests, wetlands, and alpine region.
PHOTO OPPORTUNITY
No nature tour would be complete without a photo stop and before reaching Jostedal Glacier National Park, you'll stop at the Nos viewpoint, famed for its serene vistas of the 66-mile-long idyllic Nordfjorden.
REFRESHMENTS
Following your tour of the garden, you'll enjoy coffee/tea and Norwegian pancakes.

Sit back and relax as the coach leaves Nordfjordeid and sets out on a relaxing country drive past Hornidal Lake, along the Stryn River, and up to Stryn Lake with its crystal-clear, turquoise colored water.
