まずは彌彦神社を見学します。約30メートルの高さの大鳥居は、両部鳥居としては日本一の大きさです。彌彦神社は、創建から2400年以上の歴史を有するとされ、「おやひこさま」と慕われる越後開拓の祖神、天香山命を祀っています。次に魚のアメ横と呼ばれているシーフードレストランや屋台が並ぶ寺泊魚の市場通りを訪れます。海産物を味わってみたり、お土産ものを見たりして自由時間をお楽しみください（店頭で焼いているシーフードの串刺しの香りが食欲を刺激すること間違いなし！）。続いて弥彦山スカイラインの美しい景色を車窓から眺めながら弥彦山の頂上までドライブします。頂上には高さ約100mのパノラマタワーがあり、回転しながら昇降する展望室から360度の眺望をお楽しみいただけます。天気が良ければ佐渡島を見ることができます。

Celebrate Niigata's colorful sights and sounds beginning with a tour of Yahiko Shrine. With your guide in the lead, you'll walk through the 27 Meters-high Torii gate flanked by two guardian lion-dogs. Set against the backdrop of blue sky, cedar trees and 2,080-foot-tall Mt. Yahiko, you're sure to be mesmerized by your serene surroundings. From here, you'll proceed to Teradomari Beach, a popular spot for swimming and sunning. Opposite the beach is Fish Market Street, known for its seafood restaurants and markets. Enjoy free time to mingle with the locals and sit down to lunch (the smell of grilled seafood skewers from the storefronts will stimulate your appetite!). Recharged, you'll board your coach for a sightseeing drive up scenic Yahiko Skyline to the top of Mt. Yahiko. At the summit stands the Panorama Tower, whose rotating and elevating observatory boasts magnificent 360-degree views of Sado Island.
