Cape Saint Blaize Gin Distillery
Explore the rich flavors and distinctive aromas of the handcrafted gins at the Cape Saint Blaize Gin Distillery. Since opening in 2021, it's won multiple prestigious awards for its artisanal gin. Once inside the hotel, your host will explain the distillation process as you're lead you through samples of their hand-foraged botanicals paired with local foods.

You will have ample photo opportunities on the coach to view the highlights of Mossel Bay along with beautiful views of the harbor and ocean.
SAMPLES
Tastings may feature their signature gins including Floristic (soft floral pink), Oceanic (rich and woody), and Classic (citrus-forward) gins. Gin tastings can vary.

Following the tasting, you have the option to purchase gin in the distillery's award-winning packaging-a unique hand-crafted and hand-labelled ce-ramic bottle representing the clean lines of the Cape Saint Blaize lighthouse and rugged coastline cliffs.

Guests must be over 18 years to participate in gin tasting. Not recommended for guests confined to wheelchair, guests need to negotiate a few steps. If you choose to remain in town and walk back to the ship independently at the end of the tour, please note that you will have to negotiate up hills and uneven pavement.
