WHAT YOU VISIT
Snorkeling with Turtles
St. Vincent is the only island in Cape Verde where you can swim and snorkel with turtles in their natural habitat. Your exciting adventure kicks off when you climb into your vehicle at the pier and travel to your waiting boat where your seasoned guide will warmly welcome you with your equipment and essential safety insights. Next, feel the sea breeze as you cruise through the waters the sea turtles call home. Once the captain drops anchor, you'll put on your supplied snorkel gear and slip into the waters for an amazing encounter with the sea turtles that try to feast on the fishermen's catch of the day. Sometimes dozens of turtles get together very close to the surface and below the waves, you'll encounter a world where turtles glide in harmony with you in their natural habitat.
