WHAT YOU VISIT
Sculpted by countless cultures, Lisbon is a wonderland of cobblestone streets, modern architecture, and an endless collection of countless treasures. Discover all the city has to offer on an electric bike. After meeting your experienced guide at the pier for a brief safety lesson, you'll don your helmet and hop on your e-bike.
PHOTO OPPORTUNITIES
Plenty of photo stops allow you to spend time capturing the city's stunning landmarks and architectural jewels.
WHAT YOU SEE ALONG THE WAY
From the pier, you'll ride past Cais das Colunas, known for its marble steps that lead down to the Tagus River. The scenic ride leads to Lisbon's dock area, the Monument to the Discoveries and the 25th of April Bridge, a suspension bridge that looks similar to San Francisco's Golden Gate Bridge with distant views of the Christ the King statue. In the Belém Historical Quarter, you'll cruise past the Belem Tower, a stunning example of 16th century Manueline design and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Considered innovative for its time, the boot-shaped fortress with striking turrets and open balconies is an exotic blend of Gothic, Renaissance, and Moorish architecture. Another World Heritage Site of Manueline design is the 500-year-old Jeronimos Monastery, an enticing marriage of Moorish and Gothic styles with imposing spires, carvings, tombs and ornate arches.
