What you will visit:

Saxman Native Village
An immersive experience awaits at Saxman Native Village, a celebration of Tlingit heritage that invites guests to truly participate and experience the culture of the Alaskan indigenous people for themselves. From artisan crafts and local cuisine to folklore, dance performances, and magnificent totem poles, this authentic and interactive day offers something for everyone. Learn from a local artist about Tlingit art and formline drawing, and design and paint your own Native ornament. A showcase of food and beverages utilizing locally sourced ingredients ties the heritage of the land to the plate and offers the opportunity to indulge in a three-course menu of Alaskan delicacies. Delight in a musical performance in traditional regalia performed by the Cape Fox Dancers in the Beaver Clan House. Your local hosts will further highlight Tlingit customs on a guided walk through the cultural exhibits and totem park.

Lunch:
The menu for lunch may vary and will showcase Alaska ingredients in modern recipes. Begin with a delightful smoked salmon dip paired with crackers, followed by crab cakes accompanied by house-made bull kelp aioli sauce. Next, create your own Native taco using bison and an array of traditional toppings. Don't forget to save some space for dessert, as a delicious s'more parfait awaits you. All these delightful dishes perfectly complement local wines, beers, and craft sodas, which are included and served as a flight.
