WHAT YOU VISIT

E-Bike & Nature Walk Adventure
Your first stop is the outfitters where you'll pick up an electric mountain bike and put on a helmet and rain poncho. After a few safety instructions, you'll follow your experienced trail guide along a gently sloped, historic three-mile-long trail through the Tongass National Forest. While riding under a canopy of Sitka spruce and western hemlock trees, you may see Sitka black-tailed deer feeding on the native hemlock, berries, and lichens. Soon, you'll reach the Talbot Lake trail where your nature walk begins and you'll enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding wilderness. Take a break to roast a marshmallow and build your own s'more while sipping a hot beverage. Then make the return bike trip through the heart of the forest.
