Distillery Tour & Signature Bottle Infusion
Discover the craft of distilling with a hands-on experience at Uncharted Distillery, inside a historic fire station in the heart of Ketchikan. Here, you'll get an exclusive look at the meticulous process of creating small-batch spirits, from raw ingredients to the final sip. As you taste and learn, you'll uncover the art of balancing flavors that make each spirit unique. Then, head upstairs to the infusion lab, where a variety of botanicals, spices and flowers await. You'll craft your very own 375ml bottle, blending flavors to suit your palate. Once complete, record your ingredients on the custom neck tag.
What you will see along the way:
The charm of Ketchikan unfolds around you on your short stroll. Wooden boardwalks line the waterfront, bustling with shops, galleries and restaurants offering the day's fresh catch. Colorful buildings, some perched on stilts above the water, reflect the town's rich maritime history. Along the way, you may spot fishing boats in the harbor, bald eagles soaring overhead, or a totem pole standing as a testament to the area's native heritage.
Tastings:
Your expert guide will take you through the distillery's production process and offer samples of house-made gin, vodka, whiskey and agave spirits. Butcher Block Charcuterie pre-packaged meat and cheese trays are available for purchase. Complimentary bottled water will be provided.
Shopping:
Take time to browse the distillery's gift shop and, if you wish, purchase additional bottles of locally distilled alcohol.

Special Notes
Minimum age is 21 years with photo ID. Bring cash or major credit cards for optional gift shop purchases and additional bottles of locally distilled alcohol. Guests walk to/from the distillery on a flat, 5- to 10-minute journey. There are 23 steps leading up to the classroom, equipped with a handrail. You will take your bottle with you at the end of the tour.
