Enjoy a front row seat to Kangaroo Island's spectacular coastal scenery and wildlife as you enjoy an awesome sixty minute ocean safari. Jump onboard your RIB (Rigid Inflatable Boat) and cruise the coast while taking in the many sights and sounds that make the island come to life.
Begin your journey with a short transfer to your departure point at Christmas Cove. Along the way, you will enjoy a quick photo stop to take in the magnificent views over the picturesque township of Penneshaw. Upon arrival at Christmas Cove, you will board the RIB (Rigid Inflatable Boat) and begin your Ocean Safari.
As you explore the island by sea, you will visit some of its most scenic treasures such as Dolphin Cove, Cuttlefish Bay, Kangaroo Head and Snapper Point. But the scenery is not the only thing that will keep you enthralled. It's likely you'll spot the island's many local wildlife inhabitants in their natural environment. Keep your eyes open for pods of bottlenose dolphins swimming by the coast or perhaps even swimming alongside the boat. Spot the colonies of New Zealand fur seals and Australian sea lions lazing on the rocky shores. You'll also likely encounter the diverse variety of sea birds that inhabit the island including sea eagles, osprey and wedge tailed eagles.
Take advantage of the many photo opportunities available before disembarking at Christmas Cove and boarding the transfer back to the pier.

The vessel is open-air. In some windy conditions, you will feel sea spray. It is essential that you wear warm, layered clothing in order to fully enjoy and participate in this excursion. Outer layer should be waterproof and windproof. Bring gloves, a warm hat and a scarf. Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed
