While you get a taste of Maui's authentic Hawaiian dishes, your knowledgeable guide will escort you on a fascinating driving tour in a luxury Mercedes van through the heart Old Wailuku town. Situated on the leeward side of the West Maui Mountains, this charming enclave brims with ancient Hawaiian history while maintaining its position as a commercial center. The mix of architecture is eye-popping, with historic buildings and antique stores mingling with trendy boutiques and bistros all working together in island-style harmony.

Tastings:
In the center of historical Wailuku, your tour visits a wide array of family restaurants and local specialty shops for an authentic gastronomic experience, with several of the dishes reflecting the town's Asian and Pacific Islander ethnicities. Sample stops include a pancake breakfast, poke tasting, loco moco, bakery offerings, flavorful meats and colorful and fruity shave ice. At the brewery, in addition to tasting local craft beer, you will sample fresh fish tacos.
