Flying over southeast Alaska's breathtaking landscape, you will be able to view Mother Nature in all its glory on this wonderful adventure that lasts just over three hours.

Your mode of transport for the day is a modern, turbine helicopter, and your expert pilot will set the scene by flying you over the plentiful lush rainforest and stunning granite peaks that surround the magnificent Juneau Icefield.

After your incredible flightseeing tour, your pilot will set your small party down on the Mendenhall Glacier, in preparation for your wonderful walkabout on ice. During this active one-hour glacier walk, your professional guide will provide you with detailed explanations of glacier environments, and allow plenty of time for you to take photographs.

Rain and windproof outerwear, boots and gloves will be provided for your comfort while on the ice. In addition, trekking poles and crampons will also be provided, enabling you to travel easily over the gently rolling landscape. You will also be provided with water and snack pack that contains a granola bar. After you have fully absorbed this incredible natural wonder, it will be time to climb back onto the helicopter for the equally awe-inspiring flight home. Keep your cameras at the ready, as you never know what wildlife you might spot from your aerial seat.
