WHAT YOU WILL VISIT:
Seongeup Folk Village
Nestled within the Jeju Folklore Preservation Zone, Seongeup Folk Village is a living museum and village, supported by the government to preserve it as an authentic cultural destination. Here you'll step back in time as friendly islanders welcome you to their traditional way of life. Admire the charming thatched-roof dwellings, stone courtyard walls, Confucian shrine, school, mill and stone monuments. Learn about the local art, cuisine, dialect and traditions that inhabitants have passed down through the generations. This ancient village offers an immersive experience, a place to learn the history and culture of the island and its heritage.

Seongsan Ilchulbong (Sunrise Peak)
A beautiful UNESCO World Heritage Site, Seongsan Ilchulbong (Sunrise Peak) dramatically arose from the sea after a volcanic eruption more than 5,000 years ago. Found on the eastern end of Jeju Island, the peak features a crater almost 300 feet deep, with rocks along the perimeter, giving this natural wonder the appearance of a crown. While the southeastern and northern sides are jagged cliffs, the northwestern side is lush with an emerald green hill that rolls out toward Seongsan Village.

WHAT YOU WILL SEE ALONG THE WAY:
The scenic resort town of Jungmun is located on spectacularly beautiful Jeju Island, which means "Island of the Gods" and is Korea's largest island. Its stunning scenery and natural wonders include a dramatic rocky coastline, white-sand beaches, sparkling waterfalls and a lush, verdant countryside. The island's warm climate, friendly locals and picturesque landscapes have earned its reputation as a premier honeymoon spot. Seogwipo has a compact urban center and an expansive coastline. The prominent Hallasan Mountain is a prized natural landmark, as are the waterfalls, rock formations and picturesque views that surround the southernmost city in Korea.
