Your memorable meal begins with a variety of Cold Starters (special tomato salad, special salad with herbs, goat cheese, bulgur wheel meatballs, eggplant salad with yogurt, yogurt and pickles); Hot Appetizers (Turkish flatbread pizza, BBQ'd small pieces of lamb); Main Course (minced lamb kebab, marinated lamb shish kebab, chicken shish kebab, and beef); Dessert (grilled shredded party with soft cheese in thick syrup); and beverages (limited local alcoholic or soft drinks, two glasses of wine or Turkish raki or two bottles of beer or soft drinks).
