SkyPeak Gondola
Elevate your Icy Strait Point adventure on the state-of-the-art SkyPeak Gondola. Soar high above the treetops on high-speed, eight-passnger cars with undisturbed Glacier Bay views as you reach 1,500 feet above the base of Icy Strait Point to the top of Hoonah Mountain. Disembark and enjoy access to scenic nature trails, magnificent views of the icefields and Glacier Bay National Park, and the world's largest ZipRider experience (additional tour you may purchase). Enjoy a leisurely visit as you may ascend and descend whenver you wish.

What you will see along the way:
Views, views and more views stretch for miles as your gondola climbs to the top of Hoonah Mountain, so bring your camera to capture the vistas that extend over sparkling Glacier Bay. You can also enjoy a half-mile round-trip walk to view a beautiful mountain meadow and pond. During your time in port, enjoy access to a host of shoreside amenities, including Icy Strait Point's boardwalks, dining and colorful retail establishments. Located near Glacier Bay and the native settlement of Hoonah, Icy Strait Point is situated in an old-growth spruce and hemlock rainforest, home to an incredibly diverse wildlife population. Humpback whales, orcas, Dall's porpoises, seals and sea otters populate the local waterways, while brown bears and bald eagles call the land home.
