This full day tour explores the south of Hobart, the beautiful Huon Valley. First stop is the riverside village of Franklin where you can stretch your legs and check out the wooden boats on the Huon River. From here, we head to the Hastings Caves and Thermal Springs. After a short drive and a 10-minute walk you'll explore the incredible underground world of Hastings Cave on a guided tour.
Lunch is a picnic made from local goodies, perfect for relaxing in the forest surroundings. There's time for a stroll along the Platypus Walk-you might even spot one-or take a dip in the natural thermal pool.
To round out the day, we visit Willie Smith's Apple Shed for a slice of fresh apple pie or a glass of their famous cider.
