WHAT YOU VISIT
Botanical World Adventures
Acclaimed as one of the largest collections of plants in Hawaii, Botanical World Adventures boasts thousands of species such as orchids in almost every color from white to almost black, wild bananas, heliconias, ferns, flowering vines, and many other tropical plants. Upon arrival, you'll receive safety instructions and your gear before your guides take you through the tropical trails to the zipline course. You will then climb on the platform, snap on the line and soar across the valley through the rainforest canopy, over waterfalls and flowering trees on eight different amazing ziplines! The last zip is the most exhilarating-a half-mile with stunning aerial views of the famous Pu'u Wai O Kama'e'e Falls. Once you get your bearings with ziplining, you'll take a walk over the swinging suspension bridge through the jungle with views of beautiful streams and waterfalls originating from the slopes of Mauna Kea.

Picture-postcard-perfect shots of lush flora and spectacular views will have your camera working overtime. Complimentary photos are also provided with your tour.

Enjoy a scenic narrated drive north along the beautiful Hamakua coastline from the cruise ship pier to the rain forest at Botanical World Adventures.

Special Notes
Participants must be a minimum age of 10 and a minimum weight of 70 lbs. Participants cannot exceed 275 lbs. Children between the ages of 4-10, weighing over 35 lbs, can participate with 24 hour notice. You will be weighed. A parent or guardian must accompany participants under the age of 18. Participants should be able to walk short to medium distances on well-maintained trails, walk up approximately 68 stairs and have an adventurous attitude about soaring to heights of over 200ft! Closed toed shoes are required. The tour is not suitable for women who are pregnant. The tour may not be suitable for anyone with medical conditions, such as severe heart disease or back and neck problems. Tour itinerary may change due to severe weather but the zipline does operate rain or shine.
