What you will visit:

Waterfalls & Wildlife Scenic Cruise
Experience one of Alaska's most waterfall-rich fjord environments on this immersive three-hour wildlife and scenery cruise. Set off across the fjord waters of Lynn Canal on a guided journey into a world of sheer granite walls, rainforest shoreline, and an extraordinary concentration of cascading waterfalls, ranging from delicate streams to thundering cliffside torrents. Wildlife thrives in this coastal habitat, so keep your camera ready for bald eagles soaring overhead and tending active nests at Burro Creek. Continue to Taiyasanka Harbor, a secluded, glacially carved basin known for excellent chances to spot seals, bears, mountain goats, and eagles. Here take in panoramic views, a glimpse of an old barge wreck, and enjoy a snack. The journey culminates at Long and Hidden Falls, the tallest and most secluded waterfalls on the route. Your return follows a picturesque course showcasing the area's natural beauty.

What you will see along the way:
Get up close to 15 waterfalls as your captain navigates some of Lynn Canal's most scenic shorelines and feel the cool mist and hear the echoing thunder as water cascades from sheer granite walls. At Burro Creek, watch for two active bald eagle nests. Midway through the cruise, the vessel enters Taiyasanka Harbor, a glacially carved basin and one of the best places to spot seals, bears, mountain goats, and other wildlife, as well as an early-1900s barge wreck. As the route continues, waterfalls increase in power and volume. Sawmill Falls shows the greatest flow, Slide Falls glides over smooth rock, while Bathtub Falls drops into a small pool often visited by perched eagles. The finale is Long and Hidden Falls. Long Falls, the tallest at over 3,000 feet, while nearby Hidden Falls, is revealed in a colorful canyon setting.

Snack: Enjoy a delicious taste of Alaska with a smoked salmon snack and bottled water. You're also welcome to bring your own favorite treats and beverages to enjoy during the cruise
