WHAT YOU VISIT
- Seven Sisters Waterfall
Nature lovers will enjoy this trek into the tropical rainforest. Tucked in the Grand Etang Forest Reserve, which sits 1,700 feet above sea level, Seven Sisters is made up of two falls cascading into pools. Your guide will lead you along a narrow trail that, at times, can be steep and muddy. Along the way, you'll encounter protruding rocks and roots, and cross a small stream. Once there, you can swim or relax by the water. The pools at the foot of the falls are quite large, and the swimming is very cool and refreshing.

PHOTO OPPORTUNITY
Your guide will point out the various tropical flora found along the trail including strangler vines, wild nutmeg trees, heliconias and ginger lilies. And keep your eyes open for frogs, lizards, opossums, armadillos, mongoose, and the occasional monkey.

SNACK
Enjoy a refreshing beverage while soaking up the ambience of the Seven Sisters setting.

WHAT YOU SEE ALONG THE WAY
Portions of the hike takes you through a private plantation full of cocoa, nutmeg and banana trees.
