Highland Cow Encounter
Since 1996, this charming farm, garden and gift shop has welcomed visitors with a focus on family fun. Renew your spirit as you gain a unique understanding of the farm lifestyle and how food and animals play a major part of the quintessential Scottish farm experience. Once you arrive, a farmer will take you on a tractor-driven tour. Then, you'll get up close and personal with a Highland cow! Learn first hand about these endearing animals as sheep, lambs and chickens roam the field.

Have your camera ready as you meet these surprisingly gentle creatures known for their shaggy coats and long horns.
SNACKS
You'll be treated to a refreshment and home made shortbread from the award winning tea room.
SHOPPING
During your visit, you'll have to time to explore the farm shop, bursting with treats from a variety of small Scottish producers.

Sit back and relax as the scenic drive includes views of the River Clyde en route to Ardardan Estate.
