WHAT YOU VISIT
Stutthof Concentration Camp & Gdansk
From the breathtaking Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque architecture to the supreme symbols of freedom, Gdansk is a welcoming haven of culture, history and spirit. First on the day's itinerary is a visit to Stutthoff Museum. Located on the site of the former Stutthof Concentration Camp, it serves as a memorial to those who perished at the hands of the Nazis during WWII. Those with a passion for medieval treasures will appreciate a guided walking tour of Old Town of Gdansk, which dates back to the 10th century. Pass under Golden Gate, an ornamental 16th century arch built to allow access through the city's medieval walls. Stroll down Long Street, a 13th century merchant road that was once the site of executions of witches. See Artur's Court, a 15th century merchant's palace named for King Arthur and marvel at the unique architecture along picturesque, cobbled St. Mary's Street.

PHOTO OPPORTUNITIES
In Artus Court, pause at the city's iconic Neptune's Fountain, a bronze trident-wielding behemoth created in 1615.

LUNCH
Following a tour of the Stutthoff Museum, you'll be treated to a two-course lunch.

SHOPPING
Mariacka Street in Gdansk's Old Town overflows with buildings adorned with gargoyles that watch shoppers as they browse for keepsakes, amber jewelry and souvenirs.

WHAT YOU SEE ALONG THE WAY
From Gdynia's pier, your coach will make its way through the bustling streets of modern Gdynia, the charming seaside resort town of Sopot and into historic Gdansk.
