WHAT YOU VISIT
A Taste of Gdansk
What a delicious way to spend the day! Whether you're a beginner or an experienced cook, you'll enjoy learning how to prepare the iconic pierogi-dumplings made from unleavened dough, shaped into crescents and stuffed with savory or sweet fillings. First, you'll work up an appetite with a walking tour through Old Town. To get a flavor of this ancient city, you'll stroll the cobblestoned streets from the Green Gate, past Long Street and Long Market with its town houses spanning 400 years, Artus Court and the Neptune Fountain. The most charming street in Gdansk is St. Mary Street, which delights its visitors with its lively atmosphere, quaint shops and lovely terraced buildings. Once at the restaurant, you'll meet the chefs who'll entertain you with engaging Polish traditions and join in preparing authentic pierogi. After the workshop, you can enjoy your meal served with compote, a typical Polish beverage.
