Designed for small groups with big appetites, this excursion is ideal for beginners and more advanced cooks. During your cooking lesson, you'll learn about the Montego Bay Jerk Festival and how to cook this popular dish using the freshest of ingredients. A brief ride from the ship brings you to Shingle Hut Restaurant in the upscale community of Unity. Upon arrival, you'll don your apron and begin to create your own lunch with a talented chef guiding you every step of the way. After rubbing the famous jerk seasoning on your chicken you'll apply it to the grill then prepare the dough for the festival dumplings.
