Konavle Region Off-Road Safari
Take adventure into your own hands when you get behind the wheel of a four-person Jeep. After a safety and instruction briefing on the use of your automatic or manual 4x4 Jeep, you'll follow your guide into the beautiful Konavle region. Along the way, he'll entertain you with history, culture and local anecdotes while the majestic landscape surrounds you. The vehicles are small and easy to drive through wide open fields, forests of tall green Cypress trees, rocky mountain paths and across the streams of the Ljuta River to the cliffs that rise high above the Adriatic Sea to the villages of Radovcici and Popovici.
PHOTO OPPORTUNITY
Stops along the way allow you to turn the wheel over to another driver giving you the chance to take in the scenery and snap that perfect shot.
LUNCH
Enjoy breaking for lunch at a Konavle restaurant and indulge in a meal of smoked ham, cheese, mixed meat, vegetables, wine and water.
WHAT YOU SEE ALONG THE WAY
As you soak up the stunning views it may be hard to believe that this serene area was once a battlefield between the Romans and Illyrians from 229 BC to 228 BC.

Vehicles can accommodate up to 4 guests and are booked on a share basis. If a vehicle is shared by guests unknown to each other, guests will take turns driving based on agreement between themselves and the tour guide. All drivers must present a valid driving license. This tour is not recommended for guests with back problems and for pregnant women. Not recommended for passengers using wheelchairs, scooters or with mobility difficulties.
