As each course is served, expert guides share the history, customs, music, and influences that shape the cuisine of each region. Carefully selected beverage pairings, engaging storytelling, and high-quality audiovisual presentations enhance the experience. Hosted at the Forum Shop in Cozumel, the venue also features a collection of Mexican art and artisan crafts that provide additional insight into the country's rich cultural traditions.
What you will see along the way:
During the approximately 15-minute motorcoach ride from the cruise port, you'll travel through the vibrant streets of Cozumel. Along the way, you may pass colorful storefronts, local restaurants, neighborhood parks, and everyday island scenes that offer a glimpse into local life. You'll also enjoy views of the Caribbean coastline before arriving at the Forum Shop for your immersive culinary experience.

Celebrate the rich culinary heritage of Mexico through ten thoughtfully crafted food and beverage pairings inspired by regions across the country. Each tasting highlights the unique ingredients, traditions, and cultural influences that shape regional cuisine, creating a flavorful and immersive experience that showcases the remarkable diversity of Mexican gastronomy. Guests with food allergies, dietary restrictions, or special dietary needs should notify their Shore Excursion team prior to the tour.

Following the tasting event, enjoy free time to explore downtown Cozumel, where you can browse a variety of shops, boutiques, and local artisan vendors. Look for handcrafted souvenirs, Mexican artwork, jewelry, textiles, and other unique keepsakes before returning to the ship.

The tour includes round-trip transportation, the 10-course culinary experience, and approximately 45 minutes of free time for shopping in downtown Cozumel.
