WHAT YOU VISIT

Glass-Bottom Boat
Cruise just off the shores of Mahahual along Costa Maya's most pristine coral reefs, the second-largest coral reef system in the world, in a glass-bottom boat. You will view schools of rainbow hued fish and other marine life through large glass windows.

Snorkel Experience
Snorkeling instruction is offered prior to a snorkel experience in Costa Maya's pristine underwater world. Jacks, snappers, colorful angelfish, queen triggerfish and blue tang abound, and turtles and rays are a frequent sight. Float above some of the most pristine coral formations on the coast, including elk coral and brain coral that can grow 15 feet high and many other varieties of multicolored coral species.

WHAT YOU SEE ALONG THE WAY
In the warm waters off Mahahual, an extensive barrier reef is home to a diverse array of marine life. This is a breeding ground for many species of colorful fish, as well as sea turtles, eels, lobsters and rays that make their home in these nutritive coral gardens. Marine life sightings are common although not guaranteed.
