Your excursion begins as you board your motorcoach at the pier. From Falmouth, you'll travel alongside the River Fal and then later stop for a photo opportunity at St. Michael's Mount. Topped by a castle, this small granite island is only accessible by a narrow path exposed at low tide or by boat. Snap a photo from the shoreline near the sleepy village of Marazion.
Your route crosses a bucolic countryside of small villages, granite farmhouses and hedged fields, which give way to rolling downs, as you approach Land's End, England's most westerly point.
The granite mass of Land's End has been a landmark for seafarers for centuries. Snap a photo of Land's End's popular landmark, the famous signpost giving the mileage to New York and other points across the Atlantic Ocean.
Discover the Land's End Peninsula Complex. This popular tourist attraction has something of interest for all ages, including an amusement park. Walk down to the viewing platform for stunning views of the rocky Cornish coast.
Continue on to St. Ives where you'll disembark your motorcoach and transfer to St. Ives' city center by minibus. In the mid-19th century, St. Ives was home to a thriving fishing industry. Today, this charming village is noted for its traditional Cornish country architecture, artists' studios and fine crafts shops.
Before re-boarding the minibus to transfer back to Falmouth by motorcoach, you'll have leisure time to explore the town on your own-eat lunch and shop.
