WHAT YOU VISIT
Hassan II Mosque
An architectural masterpiece of intricate mosaics and marble, the awe-inspiring Hassan II Mosque is the largest mosque in Africa. The structure can accommodate 25,000 worshippers in its interior and 85,000 worshippers on the esplanade. The minaret, the world's tallest at 650 feet, is topped with a laser beam that shines at night in the direction of Mecca. Completed in 1993, the walls are made of handcrafted marble and the roof is retractable.

Notre Dame de Lourdes
The imposing white concrete façade of this Roman Catholic church is an excellent example of mid-20thth century modern design. Step inside and marvel at its open, airy interior, which is lit up by 8,600 square feet of spectacular stained glass windows that represent different images of the Virgin Mary

REFRESHMENTS
Following you visit to the Mosque, you'll head down the Corniche, a seaside boulevard, where you will have a refreshment stop on the seaside.

FREE TIME
A walk through the narrow streets of Habbous Quarter lead to souks and an endless number of stalls laden with local wares. Nothing has a price tag on it and bargaining is expected! Browse for souvenirs and enjoy some free time near United Nations Square, the area that links the old Medina to the new city.

WHAT YOU SEE ALONG THE WAY
A narrated coach tour takes you past Mohammed V Square, where Casablanca's administrative buildings surround a vast plaza with a large fountain and gardens. Considered the city's centerpiece of French design, the buildings present an interesting juxtaposition of French architecture and traditional Moroccan design.
