Afternoon Coastal Sightseeing Cruise
Discover Bonaire's breathtaking coastline aboard the popular "Reef Ambassador" 42-foot double-deck power catamaran, featuring plenty of shady deck space. Take in the incredible panoramic views as you cast away along the southern coast taking in all the highlights. You'll be treated to lively and informative commentary, and the captain will stop to allow for photographs. The ship navigates into the internationally famous Bonaire Marine Park. Its protected reef offers views of this diver's paradise. For contrast, admire the oceanfront hotels, tropical restaurants, and beautiful Dutch Caribbean mansions.
What you will see along the way:
What better way to enjoy the serenity of Bonaire's coastline than from the deck of a 42-foot catamaran. Focus your lens over the magnificent blue waters toward the 22 beaches that dot the island, with sand ranging in color from sparkling white to darker hues, depending on the content of shells and coral. You'll sail past the pink salt flats and white mountains of locally produced salt. Your next stop is at the historic slave huts, legendary island landmarks. Gaze in a westerly direction for the small and uninhabited island called Klein Bonaire. Extremely flat, it rises barely six feet above the surrounding turquoise waters. Navigate through the Bonaire Marine Park with its protected reef and get up close to the white sands of "No Name" beach. As you return to port, admire the colorful capital Kralendijk and Dutch Caribbean mansions.
