Spend a day as relaxing as Bali itself. The beaches of Bali are as varied as their names: Kuta and Sanur boast palm-fringed, white sand beaches while Uluwatu offers its own temple. But they each have their own unique charm, which you'll discover on this all-day excursion.

Before you take off from the pier, you will be treated to a performance of the pendet welcome ceremony. This traditional and colorful Balinese dance may appear centuries old but it was actually developed in 1950.

It's just a short drive to Sanur, Bali's oldest upscale resort area. Set among the swaying palm trees is the Intercont Resort, where you'll stop for breakfast and taking that perfect photo at the beach.

Continuing to the southernmost part of the island, you'll visit the temple of Uluwatu. Have your cameras ready, the views from here are quite spectacular. Perched high on a cliff overlooking the Indian Ocean, the temple is considered one of the six most important temples in Bali and is believed to guard the Balinese from evil ocean spirits. Stopping en route at Jimbaran souvenir shop, take your time browsing in case there is a piece here that calls your name before leaving for lunch.

You'll continue on to picturesque Jimbaran Bay. Just a tiny village 30 years ago, today it's home to several world class, five-star beach resorts and restaurants, earning the nickname as the "Beverly Hills of Bali." Here, you'll stop for a sumptuous BBQ seafood lunch while looking out over the glistening bay.

Another picture-worthy resort is Kuta, often called the busiest beach resort in Bali. A sleepy village when it was discovered by surfers in the 1970s Kuta is now just as famous for its shopping. Here, you'll find everything from market stalls selling handicrafts and beachwear at bargain prices to brand names at the nearby mall.

After a brief shopping spree you'll return to your coach for a relaxing drive back to your ship along the same scenic route.
