The Hop-On Hop-Off Bus is your starting hub that provides free wi-fi onboard up to 500 MB; stops include the Acropolis & Parthenon Archeological Site, Heraklion Museum, Athens War Museum, Cycladic Museum and Syntagma Square, located in the heart of Athens. Explore the Acropolis Monument at the time designated by your Escort with our Audiovisual Self- guided Tour, access the attractions included in your Pass, enjoy the district Plaka Area on your own and taste Souvlaki. Each route offers the chance to shop, purchase lunch, sightsee and visit museums (specific entrance fees are included. Please read the Attractions List included in your brochure, provided upon departure from port.)

As you hop from one awe-inspiring icon to another, Lake Vouliagmeni is an unexpected delight. LUNCH
Each line offers stops near restaurants, street vendors and cafes. Your pass includes a take away Souvlaki at Bairaktaris Restaurant ( Bus stop 1 Syntagma). For lunch (on your own)Try a gyro sandwich made with thin slices of meat roasted on a vertical spit and served in warm pita bread. Do not miss it as this traditional taste will follow you for ages.
SHOPPING
Athens boasts quaint shops that sell everything from hand-painted ceramics and hand-made leather sandals, to worry beads known as "kompoloi" and "mati," the peculiar blue talisman that resembles an eye believed to ward off bad luck. Of course, you can't go wrong with ouzo and olives.

If there is a queue, please show your pre-purchased ticket (from the ship) to the Big Bus Staff and they will usher you to the front.
Please exchange your purchased ticket for your hop-on hop-off ticket and Attraction Pass with the Big Bus staff or bus driver upon boarding the buses.
No meals or drinks are included.
Travel on the Big Bus tour bus from the Piraeus cruise terminal to the Acropolis & Parthenon (on the Piraeus Line for about 40 mins) and there you can show your ticket to join the Athens historical center tour (Athens Line). Both lines will service the Acropolis & Parthenon and intersect at Stop 5 (Interchange Temple of Zeus -South Acropolis Entrance). Big Bus hostesses are at the major Bus Stops stop to advise.
Access Facilities
Big Bus Athens Piraeus offer ramp access to board all buses with one designated wheelchair bay upon each lower deck of the bus. There is storage for two foldable wheelchairs per bus on the lower deck. Guests will have to navigate a number of steps to the top deck.
Buses are open-air buses. Tour is sensitive to weather conditions (rain, wind and sun). Air-conditioned not guaranteed.
Active participation from guests is required when choosing to Hop Off. Inclined steps to reach the double decker bus upper level.
This tour involves shared transportation with other individuals at leisure and if the bus arrives full, the route being constant, we suggest you wait for the next arrival. Waits may be necessary at peak times. This is not a guided tour, it's an experience on your own. Tour sequence may vary according to traffic and outside circumstances.
